I had an emotional breakdown when I got my homeowner’s insurance renewal quote from my previous insurance company. It had gone up 70% that would’ve made our monthly mortgage payment unaffordable. So I put a post on Facebook asking for advice from friends on what to do. My high school friend from 40 years ago responded that her daughter Erin Martin was an insurance agent and could help me. So I called her. What a breath of fresh air she was! She was so helpful! She listened intently to my needs and concerns and within two hours of talking to her she emailed to me two quote options. I was impressed by her quick response. When I had a question she didn’t feel completely knowledgeable about answering she asked me if she could first consult her mentor and get back with me the next day. I said sure. And indeed she got back with me the next day via email. She made a video on her computer to explain to me in detail the answer to my question. I was so impressed with this level of follow through, customer service and going above and beyond for me. Erin is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I highly recommend her and this agency. And it’s all because her mother responded to my Facebook post. I’m a very happy customer!

Worked with David to try to get some savings with our home/auto insurance. He was able to find something that worked for us and get some $ back into our pockets. So helpful and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend using Ryan Everet Insurance!

I can't say enough good things. I worked with David to move my vehicles and motorcycles away from Geico. There's definitely an advantage to having an actual agent instead of dealing with an anonymous person in another state or country. David was able to handle all the paperwork and made shopping for insurance easy and he saved us a bunch of money.

Erin did a great job and suggested an alternate solution for a temporarily disabled family member to maintain insurance on a car he still makes payments on. Fantastic, professional, kind service -- what more could anyone ask for?

I worked with Michael on getting an auto policy I could rely on after coming into complications trying to obtain a policy by myself. He was extremely fast and helpful and got me setup within a day! They are very responsive and supportive.

I called not sure if they could help me find a lower rate on car insurance. Michael found a plan that saved me over $30 a month with a major company with a better app and customer service experience than I was currently getting. He worked really fast and explained everything super well. It was an extremely easy and quick process!
