Michael Whitaker
Insurance Advisor
Michael is a local Denton legend with a community focus. He is a graduate of the 34th class of Leadership Denton and enjoys volunteering with Denton County Friends of the Family and Our Daily Bread, area nonprofits that focus on the immediate needs of our community. Michael holds his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation giving him advanced commercial insurance knowledge to help our clients with their business insurance all over Texas.
Erin Martin
Account Manager
Erin may be the first person you see when you walk in the door or the first voice you hear when you call. Erin's primary focus is to help our clients with changes to policies and reviewing policies to make sure clients are receiving the best coverage at the best price. She enjoys attending community events like the Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals. In her free time, she enjoys tending to her garden and assortment of farm animals and growing meal worms.

Linda Dodson
Agency Director
Linda is an experienced Insurance Advisor with over 30 years working in both agencies and fortune 500 carriers including Chubb and Travelers. Her attention to detail is second to none whether it is a complex business policy or helping a first-time homeowner understand their coverage. Linda is an active member of the Denton Chamber of Commerce and is a Rotarian. She volunteers with several non-profits and is a graduate of Leadership Denton class #37.
Charmaine Sy
Billing Specialist
Charmaine coordinates with mortgage companies and our multiple insurance companies to make sure your billing goes smoothly. Re-shopping renewals is also one of her tasks to make sure our clients have the best coverage at the price. When Charmaine is not hard at work in her office, she loves to cook and watch movies.
Paul Dalagan
Account Specialist
Paul helps our clients in many aspects using his strong background in construction and building projects. Paul uses his keen eye to help calculate the Replacement Cost Estimates used in home insurance valuations. You may see Paul email you e-signature requests or other documents to make sure your policy is 100%. In his free time, Paul likes to workout, travel and take care of his two cats.
