Pay: $36,000 to $44,000/yr (depending on experience) + monthly bonus opportunities

PERSONAL INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Must have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being able to multi-task, and have a professional, friendly attitude both over the phone and in person. Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to the following:

  • New customer follow up
  • Answering the phone with a smile directing incoming call traffic
  • Educating clients about their coverage, options, and other relevant market conditions
  • Billing inquiries
  • Payment processing
  • Processing policy changes
  • Quoting and issuing new insurance business
  • Working with an online client management system
  • Processing quotes
  • Screenshare documents with clients to explain details
  • Claims inquiries and assistance

Must be computer literate with ability to operate Microsoft Office programs. 40 WPM Typing required.

Schedule is 40 hrs./per week+ Monday-Friday Job hours are Typically Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
